The Objective

Pura Vida Bracelets is a e-commerce brand that from it’s roots has used social media to help scale its business. The brand works with over 200 charities and collaborates with some of the biggest social brands and influencers, such as Disney, Sanrio and Charlie D’Amelio. While the brand has historically had huge success on Meta, they had reached a bit of a plateau and we’re looking for other ways to expand.

The Solution

With the launch of Pura Vida’s new Charm Bracelet and Necklace collection, Harper Charms, this felt like the perfect opportunity to test into a video-first platform like Tiktok that could help to show the different customizations and product inspiration.

The biggest opportunities identified was to test into a video first approach of Tiktok and IG Reels ads. We launched with a wide variety of creatives and then used the initial test to then creative more variations of the top performing video ads to scale into.

The Results

Scaled new program revenue in first 3 months to over $580K. Of these purchasers, 38% post purchase survey responses chose Tiktok as how they found out about the program.
