The Objective
SUAVS is an up-and-coming e-commerce brand that has created the lightest and most comfortable ‘no socks shoe’ in the market. When the brand started to promote itself across paid social platforms they focused on long form video featuring high end b-roll of the shoes. As SUAVS started to grow on Meta they were struggling to maintain CPM’s and seeing a drop in traffic with video content. Wavy also discovered that SUAVS was experiencing creative fatigue on the previously strong video formats. While SUAVS didn’t want to ditch this format, they did want to expand into photo ads with a creative strategy that was easy to produce at scale and iterate upon as winning formats were discovered.
The Solution
Entering the engagement, Wavy immediately started to diversify and test new ad creative formats with the goals being decreasing CPM’s, and increasing site traffic and conversion rate. After an analysis of what’s performed in the past, we structured a test plan around the identified key selling points. We tested into various Meta ad formats as well as various net new versions of hooks and copy.
The Results
Wavy Advertising was able to increase Q2 website sessions by 33%. We were also able to improve click-through rate by +10% and CPM’s decreased by -39%.
